Based on an average 5oz serving size of meat per person, this box would provide 32 servings of delicious American meat!

Right now, you cannot specify plain or unseasoned chicken when you buy. We are working towards this option currently to give our customers more control to get the cuts they love.

Every piece is vacuum sealed and flash-frozen. This is the safest way for us to package the meat. It allows you to store it for up to a year and makes meal prep, thawing, and portion control very easy.

This means that you could receive the first option OR the second option in your box. No one cut is guaranteed, but you are guaranteed one of the options listed.
