Bringing all veterans to the table
PVA
Good Ranchers and Paralyzed Veterans of America are working together to make sure our nation’s Veteran’s with mobility impairments are not limited in their communities. At Good Ranchers, we want to bring everyone to the table to share in the best of what makes life good. That “everyone” includes, and especially seeks out, those who face barriers making it to the table. We’re proud partners of PVA and the important work they do to support paralyzed Veterans and give them the opportunities and resources they need to live the independent lives they fought for and be an active participant in their own community.

Profits from every box of American meat we sell contributes to the impact PVA has on hundreds of thousands of Veterans and their families around the world. Our subscribers and customers are a part of this impact with every delivery, meal, and bite of Good Ranchers they enjoy. Not only do they support local farms and ranches, but also care for Veterans living with spinal cord injuries or diseases like MS and ALS.
PVA Logo
PVA is the only nonprofit dedicated to helping Veterans with spinal cord injuries and diseases, like MS and ALS. PVA’s mission is to help every Veteran - regardless of age, branch, or conflict regain what they fought for: their freedom and independence. PVA does this by supporting Veterans at EVERY STEP along their journey. From day one of their injury or diagnosis, PVA fights to ensure paralyzed Veterans, their families, and caregivers receive the benefits they earned; the specialized healthcare they require; the accessible homes and vehicles they deserve; the meaningful careers they want; and much more.
Meet Marco, U.S. Army Veteran | PVA Member
Marco, U.S. Army Veteran
Marco joined the military to follow in the footsteps of his father. While serving in the 101st Airborne, a vehicle accident left him paralyzed. He was afraid he would never get married, have children, or live a fulfilling life; but PVA helped him move toward independence by assisting him with an education grant, helping make his home and vehicle accessible, introducing him to adaptive sports, and securing his benefits. Today he is a married father of four who is active in sports, and helps others learn how to operate a vehicle with hand controls and enter/exit a vehicle with a wheelchair. “I try to be as positive as I can, and not let anything hold me back.”
