
Cowboy Steak and Potato Hash

Ingredients:
- Good Ranchers Top Sirloin Steaks
- Kinder’s Cowboy Butter
- 4 Russet Potatoes, Cubed (Sweet Potatoes are also good for this!)
- 1 Large Yellow Onion, Diced
- 2 Bell Peppers, Diced (Red, Yellow, or Orange)
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- ½ Tsp. Salt
- ½ Tsp. Black Pepper
- ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
Grilling Instructions:
- Preheat grill to 400 °F
- Thaw steaks to room temperature, season with Kinder’s Cowboy Butter.
- Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side for medium to medium rare, thickness varies.
Hash Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 °F. Combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and whisk
- After dicing the potatoes, transfer into a bowl, pour olive oil mixture, and toss until well coated
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes
- Remove from oven, toss using a spatula, and bake another 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are soft and golden brown.
*This recipe is paired best with seasoned asparagus and carrots, or wilted spinach.
