Steak & Sunny Side Up Eggs With Honey Drizzle

Ingredients:

 

2 Good Ranchers Steaks (any cut)

Salt and Black Pepper

1 tbsp Butter

3 Eggs

Raw Honey

Coarse Sea Salt

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Generously season both sides of the steaks with salt and black pepper

 

2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the steaks and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from the pan and let rest for a few minutes.

 

3. In the same pan or a separate  skillet (you’ll need more butter for a separate pan), reduce heat to medium-low. Crack the eggs in gently, keeping the yolks intact. Cook without flipping for 2–3 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny. For a slightly firmer top, cover the pan with a lid while cooking.

 

4. Once rested, slice the steaks thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness.

 

5. Plate the steak slices and sunny side up eggs. Drizzle the steak lightly with raw honey and sprinkle with coarse sea salt to finish.
